Natural facial serum oils – how to make your own

If you’re anything like me, you’ll have browsed a million sites and looked at a million different reviews on good facial serums and night oils and the one thing that is so frightening is always  rice! They are SO expensive and quite frankly, good quality serums are only an expense because of the quality oils you use to blend whichever serums you are preparing for varying skin types and purposes, so think: if you invested in some good essential oils and high quality carrier oils, how hard can it be to blend your own? Not hard at all! and heres how to do it:

I will post a list of skin types and oils to suit each type so you can chose your own blend and once mixed, bottle up and store in a cool dark place and there you have your own very inexpensive, very effective deep oil night serum.

As I’m officially over the 30 barrier and keen to keep the old wrinkles away, I have chosen to make a heavy based avocado oil blend using 60% avocado oil, 20% Almond oil and 20% Extra virgin olive oil mixed with a blend of lavender, geranium and patchouli and a good dose of vitamin e oil. Very excited I am to try this out tonight after my steam facial and microdermascrub!

Ok, so here’s how you can make you own too! Enjoy!
